Recently, I tasted Aloe juice in a friend's home and was quite impressed with the juice. It contained some little chunks of aloe that made it interesting to drink. I can't readily remember the name of the product, but it got me talking to my medical practitioner, a holistic doctor, about the wide range of aloe products on the market.
She suddenly got very animated about it and began to tell me about the good luck she’s had with such juice even though there is still a lot of research that needs to be done with it to prove the benefits.
Now, I have an aloe Vera plant sitting at the right corner on my kitchen window and I know what it's been able to do for me when it comes to cuts and burns but I wasn’t sure about the power of the juice.
And then I tried it.
Sometimes it takes trying something to make a believer out of you and when it came to aloe Vera juice, that’s exactly what happened. See, I read about the benefits of drinking aloe after talking to my doctor. I really wanted to lose weight and that’s what got her animated about it.
She recommended one glass of the juice in the morning before my breakfast and I would lose body fat. Well, she was right. Yes, it takes some time, but when combined with a healthy diet and exercise, it's a fantastic fat burner.
So I began to wonder what other benefits I was getting from drinking this heart warming juice. After doing some more research, here is what I found:
As you see, aloe juice is a great way to incorporate a lot of fantastic vitamins and minerals into your daily diet. And it’s great for your body from head to toe. But don’t take my word for it.
Try it for yourself!
