How Do You
Prevent Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Can you really prevent Rheumatoid Arthritis? How do you protect yourself from incurring the wrath of arthritis? Well, by avoiding certain foods and by treating your joints with care. You have to also protect it from unnecessary stress.

Of course, arthritis is a condition that can occur at any age, even in young people.

Therefore, Rheumatoid arthritis is another form of arthritis. Its effects are similar to osteoarthritis, but this kind of arthritis is an autoimmune disease where your body attacks itself.

Sad enough rheumatoid Arthritis is a disease that has no cure, so preventive measures are extremely important. Let’s see how to prevent rheumatoid arthritis.

A healthy diet is the first
measure to stop rheumatism

Certain foods help to fight against inflammations in the body. These inflammations are the most common symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. In addition, these foods contain properties that help in alleviating your joint pains. It’s therefore advisable to include in your diet as many foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon, flaxseed, eggs or nuts.

My best recommendation is the Arctic Sea Omega3 fatty acid…

And of course, use turmeric and ginger because these spices have powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Drink at least 2 liters of water per day, stop smoking and reduce the consumption of coffee. In addition, it is recommended to adopt a balanced and a healthy lifestyle so as to maintain a normal body weight. These simple rules of nutrition and exercise can successfully stop rheumatism or any form of arthritis.

Take care of your joints

Avoid movements that overstress your joints. Learn to take a break for relaxing your muscles and joints. Opt for orthopedic shoes and establish a daily program of physical activity. Some physical exercises at the end of the day or after prolonged efforts provide muscle relaxation and facilitate joint mobilization.

A massage with aloe Vera gel or hot pepper gel is also very helpful in maintaining the health of your joints. In addition, keep your joints healthy with supplements rich in calcium, vitamins and aloe Vera. That was specifically how Eric got his pains relieved

Treat your other infections

Infections such as tooth-ache, tonsils and gall bladder can lead to rheumatoid arthritis. So, visit your doctor, do your regular analyzes and treat those infections early. Rheumatoid arthritis can be also be genetically inherited so, talk with your doctor about how to avoid or prevent rheumatoid arthritis.

Hot and cold therapy

This therapy is recommended in preventing rheumatic diseases. The heat increases the blood flow and joint flexibility while the cold reduces inflammation and muscle spasms. The ointments with aloe Vera oils are used successfully in this type of therapy. Hot and cold therapy effects are amplified when combined with physical exercises.

Be mindful of cold and wet weather conditions

Just remember that cold weather can adversely affect your joints and your whole body. Cold is one of the main causes of joint inflammation. So, protect your body with warm clothes but not too tight. Remember that you have to move. Avoid as much as possible staying outside if the weather is cold and wet.

These are simple strategies on how to effective prevent rheumatoid arthritis to live a better life.  Always remember that prevention is a thousand times better than cure. So, take care of your joints and body for a healthy mind and sound JOINTS that would serves you for life.
